8 full day trip to Hk

Hi! Good day! My family with 3 children(ages 8,11,15) will be travelling hk this coming June. We have 8 full days to spend in Hk. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with my Itinerary: by the way, we will be staying in tsim sha tsui.
Day 1: (monday) art museum and science museum
Day 2: (tue) ocean park
Day 3: (wed) ngong ping & giant buddha
Space museum
Avenue of stars
Day 4: (thurs) disney land
Day 5: (fri) Macau
Day 6:(sat) kowloon park & the peak
Day7:(sun) snoopy world/10,000 buddha temple/shatin new town plaza
Day 8: (mon) shopping

Is it possible to add Wong tai sin temple on my list? And on what day should i insert it?
If you have any suggestions, i would really appreciate it.
