About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

How reliable is China Post's surface shipping?

If I send a large box to Europe using the slow (surface) option, will it arrive in one piece?
I've had some bad luck receiving mail in China through China Post, but I hope it will be safe to ship from China without my things getting lost..

Lucy, you should wrap your parcel very well if you are worried they are broken. Perhaps, it is intact in China but gets broken during the transportation in other countries. If you send something valuable, I do not think China Post's surface is a good option. You may use EMS or other international express companies. It's more reliable.

What happened at most is that the packages can't arrive on the estimated arrival date, which means they are delayed. And the missing chance of China Post's small or large package service is higher than EMS or other international express companies. Why people choose it is that the charges are cheaper.
