About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

Which Consulant?

Hi,

I'm a permanent resident of IN (Driver's licence and all is there), but I temporarily reside in Northern CA with a PO Box and apartment. Do I send my visa application to the San Francisco Consultant, or the Chicago one? Does it matter?

Hi, you should apply in Chicago if you are a permanent resident of Indiana.
