About:FAQ on China Postal Service

HELP with RC121226991CN. When my parsel will be sent to KZ?

It's been in Urumqi for two weeks already!

According to China Post, it takes 7 to 30 days. Currently, it is still in Urumqi. If you are worried, you may call the sender and ask what happened.
