About:FAQ on China Postal Service

HELP with RC121226991CN

The last srtatus of my parcel is "Departure from outward office of exchange" was 14.05.2014. Why the parcel hasn't been departured for the 10 days??? When will it be in Kazakhstan?

Kayuser, I am not sure if your parcel has been sent from China to KZ. If it was, the status should be "delivery to airport'. It usually takes 20 to 25 days. But it might be delayed sometimes.
