Symbio for June 21 to June 28 and ocean park ticket in HK

Hi, I'm planning to go to Hongkong this June.
Is the Symbio open only at weekend? What time is the show starts?
Is the admission fee HK $320 adults HK$160 child included this show?

but as I know, it is open seven days a week. The show starts at 19:30. And the fee for Symbio is included in the park entrance fee.
