Is july a good mth to visit Taiwan? Typhoon?

Personally, it is not a good choice to travel then, as it will be hot and wet. As it is during the typhoon season, you may take a risk that your trip might be spoiled by typhoon. I recommend you travel in Oct. - Nov.2
