Track a parcel from Shanghai to England, already 2 months but my friend didn't receive it

The parcel was sent from Shanghai to England. However, I left Shanghai and am currently in Hong Kong, hence unable to go down to the post office personally to ask about the status. Their phone number is invalid. I tried calling them many times, but unable to get through to them.
