Tracking number RR565666410CN Hi I posted this parcel on 14 April from Shanghai to England, but my friend over there still hasn't received it, could you kindly checked for me the status?  Many thanks.

I am not sure if it was sent to England. You may bring your receipt to the post office and ask them to check what happened to your parcel.
