Arrive Pudong Airport at 10pm

After all the clearance from immigration and custom, I guess I would be at the Exit of Arrival Hall by 11pm. Do I easily get a taxi at this hour from Pudong Airport to downtown, People's Square?
How much would roughly be the taxi fare?
