where do i find the payment form?

Question

I have filled out my application for a visa to travel to China.  I travel with my husband and 4 children.  We will be sending it to Brisbane but can't find the form to pay for the applications. Could you give me the link to print out the payment form and send.  Also we do not have our hotels book yet.  Is this a problem?

If you have the invitation letter from your friends or any Chinese individual in China, you won't prepare the hotel reservation and return air tickets. The payment form can be downloaded from the website of CVASC (China Visa Application Service Center) branches in your country. It's very easy to find the website on the internet.
