To which of them is better to go?
can we do it by our self? if yes please how?

It is suggested to go to Zhouzhuang to spend on day and you can do it on your own.
You can go to the SH Long-distance Bus Station to find a direct bus for Zhouzhuang and the buses are at 07:05, 08:00, 10:10, 12:00, 14:20 and 16:20.

You can take the line 9 from Dapuqiao Station to Xujiahui Station and change to line 1 to reach SH Railway Station. Then get out of the station from Exit 4 and pass the railway station square to that long-distance bus station.
