i want to apply for employment visa they ask me for health certificate from chines embassy where should i go to have this certificate

In fact, it has been written clearly on the website of Chinese embassy in Pakistan. You should download the physical examination form from the website and then do the helath check at your local state-owned hospital. It isn't over. The form should be attested by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
