Tracking status update

RS114778645NL my tracking status has not updated is there any additional information on where my package is and when I will be reviving it? Thank you

It shows that on May 13, it has arrived in the USA. You'd better go check at your local post office.

Checked my local post office and they did not have it they said the last scan from package was at customs so it has been at customs since May 13th do you know how much longer this process will take?

It's hard to tell. It depends on how your customs deals with your parcel. If there is no further duty, then it should go through the customs quickly. Otherwise, you may wait for long time.
