what application form are you accepting now

I took my completed form to the embassy which I downloaded on this site, but was rejected by the security guards. They instead gave me a hard copy which they said should be done in hand writing. (Remember they gave strict instructions that the form be completed in print).

I was also given a week interval to book another appointment and the air ticket I bought could soon be running out. please help me with an answer as soon as possible.
