transfer from Pudong to Hongqiao

I'll arrive at 23:15 on Shanghai-Pudong (from Moscow) and I have flight from Shanghai-Hongqiao (to Changsha-huanghua) at 7:20. Please send me best transfer method.

the best way is that you take the night bus from Pudong airport to Hongqiao upon arrival. The bus will stop at Terminal building 1 in Hongqiao. Then you stay at a nearby hotel for the night. Get up early the next morning to catch your flight to Changsha. you need to make sure from which teriminal building will the flight depart. if the flight departs from Terminal building 2, you can take the free shuttle bus in the airport.

Where I pick up night bus to Hongqiao ? I have not CNY, exchange is not working at this time. How do I pay the bus? How much is the ticket?

you can take the bus in front of the terminal building.
The exchange counter is closed, but you can withdraw RMB from the ATM machines in the airport. The bus fare is CNY 30 per person.
