About:China Work Visa

I want to start a small business in china and need advice on visa requirements.

I am an English man living in the UK. I want to open a small shop with my chinese girlfriend but I am unsure what type I require and also how to get it?

Hi, you can apply for a tourist L to enter China first with an invitation letter from your girlfriend. As I know, it is impossible to get a business F or M type if you do not have an invitation letter from a relevant business entity.
