is there a way to know what's going on?

my package was marked as it has left china on april 17 th and i still didn't had it delivered. RC621658409CN

I am afraid that your parcel is still in Wenzhou. If it was sent to Canada, the last status should be "Delivery to airport". You should contact the seller and figure what happened.
