About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Do I need a Hong Kong Visa? I have a Chinese passport and a US green card.

I will travel in China. During the period of staying in China I need to go to HK for 3 days.

Chinese passport holders enjoy free transit in HK for at most 7 days. So that means visa is not required only when you fly from USA to China or fly from China to USA via HK. Otherwise, you have to apply for a China travel document or “港澳通行证+visa”.
