traveling from guangzhou to shanghai by roadtrain

How to travel from Guangzhou airport  to SH by road or Train for sight seeing tours.  Please advise time requirement and cost. Provide few options.

If you wish more sightseeing, it is best to travel by train. However, there is no high speed train service, only normal express ones. The fastest one takes around 16h and others takes around 20h. It costs CNY201-206 for a hard seat and a sleeper costs CNY367-668!
