Canadian in UK attempting to get F-Visa for China

Hi,

My name is Shay Kuebler, from Canada. I'm currently in Scotland for the next few weeks, and I'm planning to make a trip to China in July. I was hoping to apply for it while I'm here in Scotland, but wanted to know if the consulate will make an exception to do it for a Canadian here in Scotland.

My email is: stk.typegmail.com

Thank you for your time and assistance.

I am afraid not if you are a temporary visit there. But you can have a try to contact CVASC directly for more details.
