Collecting tickets with one passport for two persons

Hi, my husband has booked us roundtrip tickets from Shanghai to both Beijing and Huangshan (Anhui). We now have your confirmation of these bookings but have not yet paid since we are not sure if we should choose collecting the tickets ourselves. My husband is in China already but I am still in Finland, so can he collect both his and my tickets by showing only his original passport and for example a copy of my passport (copies of both are uploaded to your registering system) or do I need to be there too with my original passport? The bookings for all these tickets are made under my husband's name.

Both of your original passports should be presented to collect your tickets at Railway Station, so you can collect your tickets after you arrive in China.
We also offer delivery service that we can mail your tickets to your husband by express mail.

What are the opening hours of the ticket office on Saturday and Sunday? How many days would the posting take if we pay the tickets today - we would need them for our departure on Sunday May 25? We booked for example soft sleepers from a train which only showed 4 places left on that seat class when we were booking - can we be sure that we get two of these when we pay now? Do we pay them now with Paypal and then print the confirmation before we come with it to pick them up? Thank you for your help!

The ticket office at the railway station opens 24 hours daily.
The posting takes 2 - 3 days.
We can not guarantee that you get the two tickets since there were only 4 left, but we will try our best to get the tickets for you or find the best alternative for you. We suggest that you pay as soon as possible.
To pick up the tickets, you need to take yoour original passport and the order number we send to you.
