My item is unable to be tracked and its been more than 10 days!

Tracking number: RD027365662CN
Meant to be coming from China to NZ via China Post Air Mail

Hiba, you need to confirm that the sender gave you the right tracking number. Usually, you can track it in two or three days if there is nothing wrong with the tracking number.
