About:Ocean Park

where to stay to get convenient access to disneyland, ocean park and other attractions?

We are a group of five adults, visiting HK first time. We are planning to stay in TST as it seems the convenient location to reach disneyland as well ocean park.We would like to focus on easy food options as well as local shopping areas. Can you please advice if we selected the right location? we would like to visit few attractions like victoria peak, the buddha, madame tussades.. what will be the charges to visit these places and best yet affordable prices for eating joints. Out of five we have 2 adults who are vegetarians. Is the food easily available or its very tough to find veg food? where all can we find veg food which could justify our expectations being coming from India. Pls reply

Yes, living in the Tsim Sha Tsu area is the best choice for both sightseeing and eating.

Usually, it is free to visit the Buddha, but to reach Ngong Ping where the buddha stays, you need to pay for the transportation methods. You can use the local public bus line 23, charing 17.2HKD per adult. If you plan to use the Ngong Ping cable car, the fare is 150HKD for a round trip and 105HKD for a single trip. In my opinion, the Ngong Ping cable car is highly recommended. BTW, restaurants can be easily found at the Ngong Ping Town.

For visit the Madame Tussades, the ticket fare is around 240HKD and it is suggested to buy the combo ticket of Peak Tram and the museum.

The veg. food can be easily found in that place, so please do not worry. For the veg. food restaurant, the Branto Pure Veg Indian Food and Woodlands International Restaurant are suggested.
