I would like to return NJCC card because I don't need it anymore. Can I return the card (it is an unnamed card) and get the refund on the deposit and the remaining balance? If yes, where can I do it?

Yes, you can return your card and you can get the refund on the deposit back, charging 10% of the balance as handling charge. There only a few places that you can return your card such as the City South Branch at No. 19, Yingtian Street.
