About:China Visa Application Requirements

Will z-visa to China application be denied if I answer "no" to medical insurance on application?

Application for form V-2011-A part 2.7, asking "Do I already have medical insurance to cover my visit? I will obtain coverage once I arrive and make that arrangement via Human Resources Dept. of my employer at the school where I will work.

It's really difficult to say. There are many factors that may affect your application. All you can do is to fill the form honestly and then wait for the result. The consular officers will decide whether you will be granted or not.
