transit in beijing from international to domestic

if we are about transit in beijing,we come from international arrival and going to transit in domestic flight,should we first carry our luggage and then check in again or it auttomaticaly transferred by the airlines?Is there any wifi?how can we connect to the wifi,because as i know airport in china if you want to use wifi you should log in first

yes, you should first carry your luggage and then check in again, and the quarantine may check your luggage when you claim your luggage. In Beijing Capital International Airport, there are self-service wifi machine, where you can get an account by sweep your passport.
