what were some challenges on the the silk road PLEASE HELP!!

I guess some of the challenges could have been making it safely and eating because they did have to travel a great deal. they also had to be careful not to be attack by nomads who try to still there goods. Hope this helps15

It was a very long journey. Dehydration was one challenge. Lack of water. Very hard for them. There was a lot of disease/sickness. Hope this helps! :)13
