About:Beijing Taxi

Taxi from Beijing Shengkun Hotel to the 365 Inn (Qianmen)

Hi,

Never been to China and need to get from Hotel on May 31, 2014 to 365 Inn arriving at 1 pm at 365 Inn, and then back from somewhere in BJ that night, maybe around 11 pm or midnight....

How far is this trip, how much should it cost and what number do I call once in BJ to get a Taxi from the hotel. Finally, when I need to get back to the Hotel Shengkun at the end of the day, what is the best way to find a taxi?

FROM Hotel name: Shengkun Hotel
Hotel address: No.3 Tianhua South Street, Economic and Technological Development Zone.

TO: 365 Inn (Qianmen)
No.55 Dazhalan Xijie Street, Xicheng District (Chongwenmen)

Well, there is 21-22km between the two hotels. If you take a taxi, the fare shall be CNY65 or around~

If you wish to take a bus, walk from Shengkun Hotel to Boda International Exchange Center bus stop to catch bus no. 723 to get off at Qianmen and then walk around 780 meters to 365 Inn!

Thanks Nick, That is very helpful! Do the buses run often and how long would the bus trip be? That seems easier than even the train, especially since it will be my first day in China (and I do not the language or landscape yet).

Yes, the bus is in service from 05:30 to 20:30. for the whole trip, it takes 70-80min.
