About:Shenzhen Airport Transport to Hong Kong & Macau

border crossing with bus or mtr

Hi!

I am flying from beijing to shenzhen and fro there I want to take the bus or the mtr to HK island. Do I get a stay permit at the border or where does my passport get stamped etc.?

No, you don't need any permit. Austrians are allowed to stay in HK for no more than 90 days visa free.

And you are advised to cross Luohu border to get into HK and then by mtr to get to the downtown!

The airport shuttle bus line 2 is the best method.
