hi my package says opening on 21st april wenzhou then on 23rd april says delivery to shanghai

Airport ? That was nearly a month ago ? Does that mean its on its way ?

After the parcel was delivered to the airport, it will wait for transitting out of China by flight. It means the parcel was on the way.
So you may still need to wait about three weeks to get your parcel.
