Why didn't Chinese a Emperors hire women to do the job of eunuchs?

If Emperors were mainly concerned about their staff siring any children other than their own, why did they not just hire heterosexual women to do the job of the eunuchs? I am aware some were born third gender, but I also understand that most were boys who were forcibly castrated which seems so awful to contemplate.

As there were some heavy labor work to do in the palace and women were unbale able to finish them all, men were needed absolutely. However, all the women in the palace belonged to the emperor. To avoid the adultery, men went to serve in the palace had to be castrated accordingly!

in the early years, women are considered to be housewives only, the only woman powerful enough to be part of political events is the empress, then there's the concubines. while men are considered to be the wisest, that is why all of the philosophers are male dominant. also, they were being castrated in order to ensure that they do not be tempted of all the women inside the forbidden city, especially to prevent false heir due to others having the power to reproduce inside the palace.
