Two package with status NULL at location PVG

Hi, I have two package with status Null at location PVG
RC434553300CN 2014 NULL PVG NL 20140419 0501
RC952819118CN 2014 NULL PVG NL 20140510 2321
Why is nothing happing anymore. One has been there for almost a month!

PVG refers to Shanghai Pudong Airport. NULL here refers to that they were delivered to the airport for customs check, after which they would be sent overseas, heading for the destination. So everything is normal. You can just wait!
