About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

guidelines for shuttle service from Pudong Intnl airport to Hongqiao Intl airport

I am travellng from Osaka to Kolkata (India). i will be reaching Pudong International airport from Osaka KIX at 14.35 hrs. From here I have to go to Hongqiao Intnl airport to take my next flight at 18.55 hrs. How do I commute from PVG to Hongqiao and what about the check in luggage ? How much will this transfer cost me and how much time will it take for commuting ? Can some one please guide me on this?

From Pudong airport to Hongqiao Airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to reach directly.
For the luggage issue, you do not need to claim your luggage at Pudong and reclaim at Hongqiao if both of the flights belong to one airline company; otherwise, you may need to claim your luggage. This is for reference and it is highly recommended to consult the airline company for the exact information.

If you do not meet the traffic jam, it usually takes around one hour and a half. Three to four hours are enough for your transfering and commuting, so I think you can catch your next flight smoothly.
