About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Going to China in October. Can I apply for my visa in May?

I live in FL and I am visiting Houston in May. I'd like to apply for my October visit to China while I am in Houston to avoid having to mail away my passport. I travel quite a bit, so I like to keep my passport in my possession. Is May too far in advance to apply?

Hi, a single entry tourist L is only valid for 3 months from issue date. So it is too early to apply now.
