About:Beijing Capital Airport Shuttle Bus

My flight lands at 2:15pm in Beijing airport, will i have time to get to West Rail station by 5pm via Shuttle bus 7?

Yes, it can be done. I think you can get on the bus before 15:00, so two hours are definitely enough to travel from the airport to the railway station.
