No longer have a Hong Kong Passport?

My wife was a Hong Kong citizen until 1982, but she left Hong Kong very young and does not have an expired passport. How can she meet the requirement (4) to go as a tourist to China?

Hi, you mean she can not provide her old HK passport? if yes, I am afraid it is very difficult to apply for Chinese visa with US passport. Anyway, you are advised to contact the embassy directly for this.
