l want go of shanghai to Hangzhou

Please tell to me which is cheep and fast? (Bus or train)
This city have subway?
How long time between Shanghai to HZ?

I think the D-trains from SH to Hangzhou is much cheaper.
The D-train costs around one hour and fifteen minutes and the fare is around 46.5RMB for the second class seat.
Both SH and Hangzhou have subway trains.
