From the Lhasa, there are buses for Zhangmu, a town on the Tibet-Nepal Border and from there, you can pass the border to Nepal.

The buses are operated every other day. The buses can be board in front of Consulate General of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepalin Lhasa or from Wuliu Bus Station near the railway station. But it is still suggested to consulted locally.

The taxi fare is around 300RMB and it is still suggested to go to the boarding place for consulting the exact price.
