need to pickup at railway station for high-speed trains too?

Question

I will be taking a short (less than 1 week) trip to China and need to get between Shanghai and Hangzhou, and between Shanghai and Suzhou. If I have to get to the station 2 hours before departure to pick up my tickets, it really kills the idea of rail travel.But, I read on another online booking site that they can book and deliver tickets to my hotel, but only for selected high-speed rails. So is the identity verification carried out differently on the high-speed ones? If so, will you also be able to provide the other pickup methods?
