About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I am Spanish and want to go to Hong Kong, Taiwan and China next month

I am tourist. Can I get my visa for China from Malaysia without a work permit or residence? What do I need to bring, besides passport and picture?
Do I need a one for Hong Kong and Taiwan?
How much time will it take to receive the visa? (I have the appointment on Wednesday 14th and I want to leave Malaysia the 30th of May.

But a I know, when apply for that, you have to present a Proof of legal stay or residence status there. Besides, you also need to show a Visa Application Form with each column filled in, hotel or air ticket booking proof.

If you can make it smoothly, the process usually takes four days. For HK stay, no visa is required, because Spain passport holders are exempt from visa for 90 days there, but I am not clear about Taiwan!
