possibilities from yibin to lijiang

Hey,I'd need to know if there is any possibility either by train or by bus to get from YB to lijiang. We thought about going to Panzhihua first and from there to Lijiang. Is that possible?thx for a replyMax and Lea (Germany)

It is possible. You can take a train from YB to Kunming and the trains are K853, K1139, K1052/K1049.Then use the trains between Kunming and Lijiang to Lijiang. For the method you mentioned is also possible, but you need to take long-distance buses for the two journeys. The bus journey from YB to Panzhihua costs around 9 hours, so it is not suggested.
