Yes, you can. Take shuttle bus Bell Tower (Zhonglou) line to get off at its terminus at Melody Hotel. Then take a taxi to your hotel directly in 5-8min and the taxi fare shall be around CNY10. Oh, the shuttle bus fare is CNY26 per person by the way.

I am not very clear which terminal you reach, so it is hard to tell the exact boarding place. Last time, when you get out of the Arrival Hall, I saw the airport shuttle bus ticket counter immdiately. Very easy to find. I purchase the ticket there and then follow the staff's guide to find the Zhonglou Line easily. I used the T3, so the bus is in the GTC of this terminal.
