my parcel has been at the airport now since the 21st of april

can you pls help is it lost or still on its way no other information is given many thanks

Oh, after being checked at the airport, it would be sent out of China. Once its leaving, the exact place is hard to know, so there is no update since. But it is moving to you. Just wait!

Hi Hirene,

I am from U.K. too and 2 orders of mine from two different online shops in China didn't arrive yet. One of them is stuck in PVG Airport ( China ) since 28th April. The other item I didn't receive any tracking number since the seller said for economy shipment they don't provide tracking number but they are ready to give me refund I didn't get it by the 14th (2 days from now). But for the first one there is buying protection of 60days and until passed 60 days the seller isn't obliged to respond or give any refund so I have to wait. I have asked on here my question as to whether they suggest to ask for a refund and I am waiting for their response.
