my parcel has been at the airport now since the 21st of april

I am from U.K. too and 2 orders of mine from two different online shops in China didn't arrive yet. One of them is stuck in PVG Airport ( China ) since 28th April. The other item I didn't receive any tracking number since the seller said for economy shipment they don't provide tracking number but they are ready to give me refund I didn't get it by the 14th (2 days from now). But for the first one there is buying protection of 60days and until passed 60 days the seller isn't obliged to respond or give any refund so I have to wait. I have asked on here my question as to whether they suggest to ask for a refund and I am waiting for their response.
