Is there a train that runs from Wuhan to Wudangshan?

Yes, there are. You can take a train at local Hankou Train Station or Wuchang Train Station to WDS. Upon getting to the train station, there are direct shuttle buses to the scenic area directly or you can take a taxi to arrive.
