I'm Indonesian and will go to Shenzhen on May 16th 2014, is VOA available in Louhu on those day? thanks...

Hi, the VOA is available in Luohu on those day, but the officers may be strict on issuing it according to nationalities of applicants. So, it time permits, you are advised to apply for full Chinese visa in advance.
