About:Guangzhou Travel

I can get a visa on arrival for 72 hours at Guangzhou?

Then can I go to Sanya for 2 days on same visa or do I need full visa

No, you cannot. The so-called VOA (actually 72h free visa policy) is not entitled to you at GZ unless you transit via GZ to a third country. Also you will go on with the trip to Sanya, so you have to apply for a visa (full visa of course) in advance!
