You can take the airport express to HK Station and then walk to the Central Station to take the Island Line to Sheung Wan Station. Get out of the station from Exit B, you can see your hotel.
Or you can try the direct bus. You can take the bus line E11 to Macau Ferry, Connaught Road Central Station. Cross the road, you can walk along the Hillier Street to find your hotel.0
