will we be together this year?

Ive known this guy whose birthday is oct 11 1989, since I was a little kid. Ive liked him for the past 5 years. He flirts in person but ignores me by text.

As for this case, I suggest you have a talk with him face to face and tell him your feelings. If he is not into you at all, you may consider giving him up to move on. I believe you will find your future partner in two years then.
