If we must pay, then what are the EFT details so that we could pay it and print a receipt to accompany our applications. Thank you.

Hi, you can submit your application first. Then provide the original pick-up slip as well as the proof of payment when come to collect your passport or other documents. That is to say, payment is required to be done before collection.
